1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 77pd platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the 77pd website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully accepted each clause of these Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

3Account Registration

3.3 Multiple Accounts

3.4 Verification (KYC)

77pd regularly conducts identity verification (KYC) processes. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested at the time of a withdrawal request or in cases of any suspicious activity.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawals must be consistent with the deposit method.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be carried out for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77pd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games; the wagering contribution may vary from game to game.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or household accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses.
• Direct withdrawal is not possible while a bonus is active.
• 77pd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

77pd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rewards are available at each tier. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits are subject to change at any time.

6Gaming Rules

All games on the 77pd platform are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins.
• If any bet is affected by a technical error, 77pd reserves the right to void that bet.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Winnings arising from any system or software error are not valid.
• Betting limits may vary by game and are subject to change at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and possible forfeiture of the balance:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or artificial means.
• Using hacking, bots, or automated tools on the game software.
• Intimidating, harassing, or attempting to defraud other members.
• Submitting a false identity or forged documents.

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If suspicious activity is detected, 77pd may immediately place the account under investigation and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

8Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by 77pd

77pd may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In cases of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• In cases of providing false or incomplete information.
• In cases of suspicious or illegal activity.
• If the member does not cooperate with KYC verification.

8.2 Termination by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please settle any outstanding withdrawals before closing your account.

9Limitation of Liability

77pd is not responsible for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, internet disconnections, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis.

Under no circumstances will 77pd's liability for any financial loss suffered by a member exceed the total amount deposited in that member's account. Any legal or financial risk arising from gaming is entirely the member's own.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means the new terms have been accepted. If you do not accept the new terms, you should close your account.
